3. Pre-Orders

Some items are offered as pre-orders and require additional processing time.

  • Pre-order items require up to 3 weeks for processing before shipment.

  • Processing time does not include shipping time.

  • By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge and agree to this processing timeframe.

4. Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in US Dollars. Prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including pricing errors or suspected fraud.

5. Shipping

Orders are processed within the timeframe stated on the product page. Once an order has shipped, tracking information will be provided.

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, customs, or incorrect address information provided at checkout. Lost or stolen packages are not the responsibility of JPLuxe Collection LLC once marked as delivered.
